Positive: it was clean, comfortable, nice people
Negative: how expensive it is, to use the laundry room you had to pay for it with only a card you get by putting cash into a machine but there’s no atm ANYWHERE in the building, someone walked into my room without knocking or anything before the checkout time.
Summary: the reason i purchased this room was for the laundry and i couldn’t even use it.

Positive: The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I did have to ask for a blow dryer.
Negative: When I arrived at the building, I encountered construction where i thought the lobby was. It was a bit frightening. Also, there were loud people in the hallway.

Positive: In Flushing, so it may please someone who would like Chinese environment. However, the staff is very friendly and they provide shuttle bus.
Negative: The distance to LGA takes 15 minutes, which is more than 1.7 miles shown in the website. The A/C is very noisy and the facility, especially bathroom, is so-so based on the room price.
